Construction of the new building is the first part of an expansion at MetCenter, a 550-acre Class A, mixed-use business park located near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

This is the first building in a new industrial park in Austin by long time client, developer Zydeco Development. We built 15 buildings for Zydeco in MetCenter during the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.
