This is the third project Raymond Construction has done for Weir's Furniture and includes the following scope of work.

• Remodel/retrofit
• Conversion of 500,000 SF warehouse/office space into new Distribution Center and Corporate Offices
• A 15,000 SF clearance center with new customer pick-up
• Remodel of exterior elevations with new 45’ clock tower (Weir’s signature)
• New storefront elevations for Clearance Center
• New in-rack sprinkler system for Distribution Facilities
• Remodel of office areas with new millwork in break rooms
• Installation of climate controlled computer server room for corporate network infrastructure

This project will be the third we have had the pleasure of working on with our client. It will be a Nucor™ pre-engineered steel building with tilt wall exterior. The exterior will be Thorocoat which includes a light sand texture finish. Other features are:

• Design/Build Project
• Overall design, permitting and construction
• 21,000 SF office/warehouse
• 6,000 SF office
• 20’ clear height
• Pre-engineered steel with standing seam roof
