This project will be the third we have had the pleasure of working on with our client. It will be a Nucor™ pre-engineered steel building with tilt wall exterior. The exterior will be Thorocoat which includes a light sand texture finish. Other features are:

- Design-Build Tilt Wall Construction project with Pre-Engineered Metal Building
- 2nd story offices on mezzanine

City of Kyle Public Library

A design-build project with many Green Building principals incorporated into the design, the new Kyle Library will be located in the western part of Kyle’s historic downtown. It will be a 20,000 SF limestone and brick single story building and mirror the architectural brand of the new City Hall built by Raymond Construction 4 years ago. The new library will feature the following:
- Design/Build Project
- 20,000 sf
- Community rooms for meeting and gatherings
- Special areas for teens
- Kid’s areas
- Computer areas
- Outdoor plaza and Amphitheater seating on the steps
- Coffee bar area
- Self check-out of books and media area
- Landscaping based on using native plants that require little water and low maintenance.
We are happy that the complete award-winning design and construction team is once again with the City of Kyle, working towards the construction of another true landmark for the City of Kyle. Construction is estimated to begin in October of this year. |
