• Roof -60 Mil TPO over R-6 roof at warehouse with R-19 above Office area.
• (6) 4’ x 8’ skylights for additional lighting
• Warehouse floors sealed with Lapidolith floor sealant
• 10’ storefront at entrance and windows in panels
• Exterior glass is 1” insulated Optigray 23 over "Low-E" glass in clear anodized aluminum frames.
• 4’ ceramic tile wainscot on the restroom wet walls.
• Exposed grid suspended ceiling with 2’ x 4’ ceiling tile and R-19 insulation is in the office areas.
• 2’ x 2’ tegular ceiling tiles in the owner’s office and conference room.
• Level loop nylon carpet 26 oz. in offices with carpet base
• Field stained wood floor in the owner’s office
• Main office restrooms to have ceramic tile floors. 
• Break Room to have vinyl composite tile, 1/8” thick Armstrong, or equivalent.
• Faux stone wainscot
• (4) overhead doors with restraints, seals and levelers
