This spec building was built for a long-time customer, Industrial Properties Corporation/G.E. Capital Corporation. It includes the following:

• 8 1/2” and 7 1/2” thick panels tilt wall construction.
• Reveal patterns matches those in other buildings in business park - (Raymond Construction built numerous buildings in this area for the same owner).
• Exterior finish of tilt-wall panels have a Thorocoat finish, which includes a light sand texture finish.
• Exterior of panel joints were sealed with Sonneborn NP2 sealant.
• Roof is a Modified Bit Roof over R=3 (1” Perlite board). with a 12-year NDL warranty from manufacturer
• Eighty (80) 4’ x 8’ fusible link smoke vents with drop-out – ESFR rated.
• Exterior glass is 1” Graylite 14 over Low E in clear anodized aluminum frames. The lower and upper panes are Graylite 14 over black spandrel.
• Plaster soffits at storefront entrance
• Overhead doors are 10’ x 10’, 24-gauge, non-insulated, bottom weather-strip only, vertical lift style with bumpers.
