Project Highlights

This is the first building in a new industrial park in Austin by long time client, developer Zydeco Development. We built 15 buildings for Zydeco in MetCenter during the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.

Howard Yancy with Zydeco Development, a leading Austin, Texas-based commercial real estate development built this spec building to deliver the speed-to-market to potential clients like no other in Austin. The building includes:

• Energy and technological enhancements
• Is close to the airport
• Has landscaping and amenities like hike and bike trail and a disc golf course

This new building is the first part of an expansion at MetCenter, a 550-acre Class A, mixed-use business park located near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
