This is the second of three Office/Warehouse Distribution facilities Raymond Construction has built for the owner.

• 43,854 SF with 3,830 SF Office, 5,346 SF Storage Mezzanine and the remaining warehouse
• Modeled after the Owner’s favorite Hawaiian hotel
• 300 year old beaten copper dormers from a French chateau
• 12’ tall antique doors which were fully restored to their original brilliance
• Beautiful Coronado Stone wall and stairwell, and the tile on the floor is amazing as it carries up on the threads and risers of the stairs
