Making an office/warehouse facility look like an Italian Villa built at the turn of the 20th Century as the challenge presented to Raymond Construction. The Owner of Moda/United Notions believes his employees deserve a beautiful workplace.  Raymond built this unusual design while ensuring that the end result was both economically feasible and efficient.

• Contains 46,313 SF of warehouse space
• 3,000 SF fabric cutting area
• 5,087 SF office space
• Used materials not usually associated with an industrial warehouse project
  o Arched windows
  o Cast stone window surrounds with keystones
  o Fluted cast stone columns
  o Cast stone balustrades
  o Pitched historic slate shingle roofing materials
