Project Highlights
This is the third project Raymond Construction has done for Weir's Furniture and includes the following scope of work.
- Remodel/retrofit
- Conversion of 416,070sf warehouse/office space into new Distribution Center and Corporate Offices
- A 15,000 SF clearance center with new customer pick-up
- Remodel of exterior elevations with new 45’ clock tower (Weir’s signature)
- New storefront elevations for Clearance Center
- New in-rack sprinkler system for Distribution Facilities
- Remodel of office areas with new millwork in break rooms
- Installation of climate controlled computer server room for corporate network infrastructure
