Project Highlights
Located directly adjacent to the Hills Fitness Center surrounded by facilities associated with the center including a running trail and swimming pool, this facility was developed to meet the needs of specialty medical and other professionals.
- Three level facility with 19,620 sq. ft. parking garage on lower level with outdoor parking over the top of the underground parking
- Two-story 32,000 sq. ft. structural steel building above lower level parking
- Open grand stairway in main lobby which includes glass panels and rails with a massive stone wall backdrop and surround
- Custom metal doors at main entry to the lobby, manufactured in Mexico which include the Hills Fitness Center signature “H” in the bottom panels
- Unique masonry work includes Ledgestone masonry at lobby waisscot and stair walls, with cut stone cap on wainscoting. Ledgestone also used at the exterior west elevation.
- Stucco which is on the building facade is a 3-coat system on metal lath with sand texture and elastomeric paint finish.
- Plaster on the exterior perimeter CMU wall at parking garage as well as the exposed concrete walls at the south and east walls is also a 3-coat system.
