Exterior finish of tilt-wall panels have a Thorocoat finish, which includes a light sand texture finish.
Brick finish on south elevation
Exterior glass shall be 1” insulated Optigray 23 over "Low-E" glass in (6) each 6’ x 6’ windows anodized aluminum frames.
Level loop nylon carpet 28 oz. is in classrooms and halls.
GerFloor sports floor is in gymnasium.
Ceramic tile floors are in the main restrooms and lobby

Blow-molding technology allows for a degree of flex in the seat as well as a full 26-1/4” of uninterrupted, usable foot space, making this the most comfortable seat module ever developed.
With plastic seat modules, durability is no longer an issue as the blow-molded design is capable of withstanding all scheduled activities taking place in the gymnasium.
