Project Highlights

• 28,000 SF galvanized metal clear span building over two pools and CMU block exterior.  One pool is a large 50-meter regulation Olympic size pool and the other is a training pool where basic techniques are taught and practiced.
• Facility consists of concrete foundation, CMU block interior walls, and galvanized steel structure with metal wall panels and standing seam roof with skylights.
• Interior of the steel building is finished with 2” insulated board with pre-finished metal sheeting
• Ten operable glass panel overhead doors and seven fixed storefront type windows are built into the steel structure.
• High bay lights above the pool decks
• Men and women’s locker rooms
• Exercise and Weight Area
• Office, mechanical and equipment room
• All flooring is concrete, except the office and weight room which have rubber flooring
• Dehumidification system by Dectron is provided for ventilation purposes.
