The developer, Stainback Organization wanted to recreate the feel of a turn-of-the century main street with this unique retail center. Each tenant bay was designed to have a unique facade to it as you can see in the photographs, not unlike the shops of old on the Courthouse Square.” Some of the features of the facility include:
- White TPO over rigid insulation roof on metal decking by 5th Wall Roofing Co.
- 1/4” clear glass in clear anodized frames
- Tenant entries accented with metal canopies cantilevered from the building
- Fire sprinklers throughout
- Four different colors of painted and textured concrete, three different colors of EFIS
- 10 different colors and styles of brick plus chopped stone and pre-cast stone with multiple colors of mortar to create the uniqueness separating from tenant to tenant. Nick’s Bricks, a masonry contractor Liberty Hill established a track record for turning out a quality product!
- Large round top windows, bow windows and various sized faux windows create the two-story building look
