This project was the conversion of an award-winning office/warehouse to call center, Harte Hanks was originally built by Raymond Construction in 1996 with an addition added in 1997. It was a 1996 AGC Merit award winner for Outstanding Building Project.
This 84,368 SF project was completed in several phases, which included conversion of their 24,359 SF of existing warehouse to offices, restrooms and conference areas and a ‘fast-track renovation of 60,000 SF of existing offices which were fully occupied. The retrofitting/remodeling of this building includes the following:
Cutting 26 new windows in existing warehouse walls for the new call center area
Adding new employee entry
New water line to building
New HVAC equipment
New TPO roof and added additional ISO
insulation over existing roof
Four new restrooms in original warehouse area which was converted to call center
Updating original restrooms in existing call center area Indoor air quality per current
ASRAE Standards for new call center, training, and conference rooms
