David is responsible for estimating, scheduling and other pre-construction services that support business development and construction activities in the North Texas region. He has more than 20 years of estimating and project management experience. David has worked on diverse projects including JPMorgan Chase Riverstone Cafe, Churchill Tower (12 story building), JP Morgan Chase GIS Data Center, Clay Gould Ballpark at UTA, and the Kimberly Clark Corporate Headquarters. David is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree, is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and is Green Advantage – Commercial certified (a construction-oriented environmental certification which promotes sustainable construction practices).

McClanahan, LEED AP, Senior Estimator

Tom is responsible for estimating, scheduling
and other pre-construction services that support business development
and construction activities in the Central Texas region. Prior to
joining our firm, he worked as project estimator and coordinator
for prestigious projects including Chuy’s Round Rock, Ruth’s Chris
Steakhouses in Austin and San Antonio, St. Andrews Kitchen, and
Siematic Kitchen Design Center. With over 20 years of construction
and estimating experience, he also has a background in custom cabinetry
and residential construction. Tom is a graduate of Southwest Texas
State University having earned two degrees—a BBA in finance and
a BS in agriculture and is LEED™ Accredited Professional. LEED™ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Developed by USGBC (United States Green Building Council), LEED™ addresses all building types and emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials and resources selection, and indoor environmental quality. LEED™ is a practical rating tool for green building design and construction that provides immediate and measurable results for building owners and occupants.
